Amit is a very young and humble Yoga Teacher in India. He was born in a small village of Uttarakhand, India. The Sanskrit word “Amit” implies many or in some context, much as well. True to his name he has to his credit many levels of talents, of those about nothing he has any sense of individual false ego that binds and degrades. That is why he has been excelling to such a promising level into this field of Yoga practice and teaching.
Academically in flying colours, he received a master in mathematics from Indian universities. He had tremendous opportunities to build his career with this science background but he was destined to follow a different path like some of us. It was when he was tossing into making a decision about his life and career the movement of Swami Ramdev in India came into full swing. This inspired him to get into Yoga. He started investing his body and mind into this new field of study but as his name implies he could master “many and much” into a very short period of time. This is incredible about him. He gave his whole effort into understanding and experiencing this ancient science of well-being; Yoga. He Further joined university education to do again a Master in Yoga science from University of Patanjali, Haridwar. It was his second master training in the row. This too he completed. Later he completed 200 Hours Hatha YTTC as well. Incredible.
Amit is well adept into the all 5 components of Hatha Yoga; Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha and Shatkarma. The students can see and feel his knowledge when he conducts the practical sessions. Amit has been taking Yoga classes within India as well as abroad. His success into propagating Hatha Yoga workshop and YTTC in China is a great success into his career. He has participated in many state and national Yoga Asana Championship and have won many awards and titles. Humbly we say, he is the Teacher of Hatha Yoga and also a teacher of so called Yoga.
