Satyanarayan Jha is a young, enthusiastic, hard-working, talented inspiring youth into the field of Yoga. In his very early age he chanced to move to Rishikesh where he underwent several levels of experiences which enriched his faculty of patience and perseverance.
It was in these period of time, that he found himself in search of some tools that could make him understand life and its purpose. The answer that came to him was Yoga. As he was living in Rishikesh itself, he could find many opportunities to learn and grow into this vast field of knowledge. True to his natural talent and ability he got mastery over many popular trends of so called Yoga today such as flow, power, Vinyasa but deep inside he has always been searching the reality of life and its mystery. In academic education Satyanarayan completed his B.A. (Bachelor in Arts) from Bundelkhand University, U.P., India. He completed his YTTC 200 from Rishikesh to document his credential for Yoga Teaching. Further he has recently completed his Diploma in Yoga from Maharsi Mahesh Yogi Vedic University, M.P, India. These are some of his academic records apart from his natural flair into the science of life and its mysteries.
Furthermore, as he grew into his knowledge and experience, he taught Yoga at many Yoga schools in Rishikesh. He still teaches in Rishikesh and his classes are loved by people from all age group. In the year 2018, he chanced to visit Denmark where he conducted several Yoga Teaching workshop which brought to him international experience, acclaim and excellence. He is a naturally gifted into Hatha Yoga and his experience is enriching deeper into other branches of Yoga for his well- being as an individual and as a Yoga Teacher of decent strata.
Amit is a very young and humble Yoga lad in India. He was born in small a village of Uttarakhand, India. The Sanskrit word “Amit” implies many or in some context, much as well. True to his name he has to his credit many levels of talents, of those about nothing he has any sense of individual false ego that binds and degrades. That is why he has been excelling.
Academically in flying colours, he received a master in mathematics from Indian universities. He had tremendous opportunities to build his career with this science background but he was destined to follow a different path like some of us. It was when he was tossing into making a decision about his life and career the movement of Swami Ramdev in India came into full swing. This inspired him to get into Yoga. He started investing his body and mind into this new field of study but as his name implies he could master “many and much” into a very short period of time. This is incredible about him. He gave his whole effort into understanding and experiencing this ancient science of well-being; Yoga. He Further joined university education to do again a Master in Yoga science from University of Patanjali, Haridwar. It was his second master training in the row. This too he completed. Incredible.
Amit is well adept into the all 5 components of Hatha Yoga; Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha ad Shatkarma. The students can see and feel his knowledge when he conducts the practical sessions. Amit has been taking Yoga classes within India as well as abroad. His success into propagating Hatha Yoga workshop and YTTC in China is a great success into his career.He has participated in many state and national Yoga Asana Championship and have won many awards and titles. Humbly we say, he is the Teacher of Hatha Yoga and also a teacher of so called Yoga.
Yoga Teacher, Manager, IT and Course Co-ordinator
Rahul Kumar is an M.Sc. (Master in Physics) from Bihar, India. He has been an intelligent student since his school days. Among his friends who were together in the university education with him, he has always been held in higher esteem because of his quick learning and enthusiastic responses. This quality of him is still shining in his style of work and art of performance.
After schooling in village, he completed his master in Physics with the highest marks in the college. With this level of efficiency, he wanted to pursue researches in Physics but because of family reasons he quit his study and moved towards business. He started his construction company and earned handsome fortune. He spent around 10 years into this business and went through a lot of experiences both bad and good. This way he became a man of versatile experience. He is also clever at composing beautiful poem in Hindi. His collection has also been published and it has so many subscribers.
In the later phase of life, Yoga and Meditation attracted him. He began his practice sincerely and eventually completed 500 Hrs Hatha YTTC. At the request of Rohit Kumar, he has given some of his valuable time for the growth and well-being of the school. He teaches Yoga classes, controls the IT department, manages the various affairs of the school and co-ordinates different matters which is important for the smooth functioning of the school. We are thankful for his time and work.
Hatha Yoga Teacher and Motivator
Bhagya Chandra Prajapati is a very young and talented boy in the field of Yoga. He is famous with his cute nickname “Karin” among his friends and well-wishers. Karin was Born in the Orchha district, Himachal Pradesh, India. Childhood, schoolings, sports and part time works are his memories of his village life.
Later his desire to see the world outside the boundries of his village took him to many parts of India where he went through many experiences of life. During one of the conversations he said, “I have done all kinds of works for my livelihood.” Such is his richness of experiences.
In the course of time, four years before in 2016, he came to Rishikesh. Here, he started his life with a small job for his livelihood. During the stay, he had several interactions with overseas people coming for Yoga and Meditation. This meeting and sharing ignited the fire of Yoga in him. Soon he began his self-practice with his friends.
In a very short period of time he learnt many practical aspects of Hatha Yoga. He supported his studies by doing part-time jobs while practicing at home and with friends. Eventually, he found himself ready for YTTC. He received formal training in Traditional Hatha Yoga both at 200 hours YTTC and 500 hour YTTC. Since then he has been continuous into the rigours of work, self-practice and Yoga teaching. Students will find him very close to their heart as a teacher and friend.
She included her knowledge of science and Yoga to help people receive the maximum benefits for their well being. Since 2010, Dr. Pahlavi has been receiving Yoga and Physiotherapy work experience in UK, USA and India. This is one of her most important talents. She amply realised the physical and mental benefits of Yoga quickly and fell in love with the practice on and off the mat. Her richness of knowledge into Yoga combines blend of styles – Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Aqua Yoga, Mindfulness, Posture alignment, Relaxation techniques and Chakra Meditation. She is receptive to what our students need and tailors the class to meet their expectations and goals. She is a visiting teacher who imparts her knowledge and experience whenever we need and she is always happy to do us this grand favour.
Manish Joshi is from Uttarakhand India. He was born in a family with ancient Vedic tradition. This has been a great privilege for him that since childhood study of Vedic and other ancient text was part of his Yogic education. He grew with inspiration from his parents, family members that makes him wiser into his approach to Yoga and life in general. His interest into study of Yoga took him to modern research as well. He completed, one year Yoga Training in Uttarakhand Sanskrit university(2016) in Haridwar.
It was his first academic experience of Yoga. He further moved on into the study and attained Master of Science in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar in 2018. His excellence shone in when he participated in all-India Inter-university Yogasana Championship held at Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar in 2017. This brought him good reputation. After his education, he has been teaching Yoga for the last years which is praiseworthy. He is a professional teacher of ancient Hatha Yoga and highlighted Astanga. His compassion towards all living beings and non-fading cheerfulness, combined with routined Yoga practice make him one of a kind, a true human and a confident teacher
Zatin Kumar is a very young and talented youth from Begusarai, Bihar. Since his childhood he was gifted with natural tendency to sit for quietening himself. Finding it as an unusual phenomenon, his parents tried their wisdom to mend him but it was of no use. In pursuance to what was happening to him Zatin made a pilgrimage to find his master who could guide him into the journey.
In the end as had been a Yoga practitioner since his early age he received initiation into the Bihangam Yoga tradition founded by a great Yogi, Sadguru Sadafaldeo Ji Maharaj. This gave him great support where he could possibly understand his life and the purpose. It was during these years he met Rohit Kumar and both of them has some years of disciplined trainings together as joint practitioner of some disciplines of Yoga.
Later he decided to be an Ayurvedic doctor so he went for the study to Amrita School of Ayurveda and became a B.A.M.S. Currently he is a practicing Ayurvedic doctor at Begusarai, Bihar. He is a good friend to Rohit and a guest teacher to come for some days according to need to express his knowledge of Ayurveda, Yoga, health, life and purpose etc.
Yoga Teacher and Co-ordinator to S Y S in Japan
Gagan is a Yoga Master from India currently living in Japan. He grew up in Yogic environment in his hometown Munger; the Yoga city of India, situated in Bihar, India. The honoured Bihar School of Yoga is the first Yoga University in the world, established in 1963 by Swami Satyananda Saraswati.
His Yogic education hails from his family traditions and his Guru Swami Satyananda Saraswati. He started Yoga at the age of 12 as a simple child but soon became an active member of youth Yoga fellowship in Bihar School of Yoga, Munger, India. His father was a Professor of Yogic philosophy and sciences at the same school of Yoga so he learnt under his father as well. Gagan is a certified Yoga Teacher from Bihar School of Yoga. He has done various courses in Applied Yogic Science from the Bihar School of Yoga India.
With over 15 years of Yoga teaching experience and having taught nearly 200,000 people around the world his classes are based on the teachings of Bihar School of Yoga; the foremost-integrated Yoga system in the world. He visits as a Yoga Master in five star Resorts, Yoga Studios in Asia, Europe, and Middle East to provide simple, scientific and systematic Yoga classes for all purposes. At present, he owns an institute of Yogic studies (Omi Yoga) in his hometown in India, Japan. Gagan is one of our overseas associates. He conducts YTTC for Sanatana Yog Sandesh in Japan and motivates his students to our courses and retreats.
Sadhaka (Spiritual practitioner)
His journey into several walks of life right from his childhood is a very interesting story. Initially an active volunteer into labour politics, Naresh ji was one the most famous political activists.
Later he succumbed to fatal health situation that brought to him several question about life. It was during this time he chanced to come across Baba Shantananda who not only showed to him the way to health but also to the meaning and purpose of human life. It is a fairy’s tale to hear how he met his master and received his grace. He says he is 70 years young.
His authority in the field of Jnana Yoga is unchallenged and honored. His presence, among the stalwarts of Sanatana Yog Sandesh is a blessing to this mission. He is the guiding force behind Rohit kumar. His experience is his knowledge and his silence is his teaching. Blessed are those who have chanced to be in his company. For more than 15 years Naresh Ji has tirelessly been guiding spiritual seekers from all parts of the world.
Arjun ji was born and brought up in Begusarai, Bihar. He is a great soul. Right from his childhood days, he has been blessed with the direct discipleship of Baba Shantananda who initiated him into the secrets of Jnana Yoga.
This was just the beginning of him into this path. His master imparted him also the secrets of Hatha Yoga, which he excelled into in no time.
People have seen him into Shirsasana not for a minute or two but for minutes over an hour which to some of us might feel bizzare but when he was asked about it he said very politely, “science might disagree because it has its on logic but in Yoga when the centre of gravity has been experienced one hour in Shirsasana seems some moments. When asked, if he got tired ever during the practice, he said “come and see when I do”. Very humbly and smilingly he says, “Yoga for fun, Yoga for health, Yoga for fitness: these are very good opinions. To me Yoga is me, I live only for this” This is his idea about Yoga. Academically Arjun ji is a Master in Zoology and received a P. G. diploma in Yoga. He has keen interest in the practices of Yoga and Spirituality.
As an individual he secretly kindles the light of Yoga within himself. He is a perfect example of an unattached household who is leading his life in this world as a lotus does in mud. Naresh Ji and Arjun ji stay together and work together for their spiritual growth and for universal plan.
Philosopher at life
Kamlesh Kumar ji is the head of Department of English language and literature at G.D. College, Begusarai. He has been the teacher of Rohit Kumar during his bachelor and master in the same college. Since childhood he has flair towards life and it’s mysteries. His life has been blessed with various experiences. As a student, household, teacher, social thinker, spiritual seeker and overall a sensitive individual – his life is inspiration to everyone who comes across him. Spiritual life always fascinates him and he is every inch dedicated to the reflection and fulfilment of life.
Neha was born and raised-up in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. She was introduced to Yoga in her childhood while reading Srimad Bhagavad Gita. It brought a deep influence in her childhood psyche. Since then she has been naturally attracted towards the practice of Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation.
After completing her graduation, she decided to build her career in Yoga. She completed her M.A in Yoga and science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University. She also did PGDM in Yoga and science from University of Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar. Eventually she completed her Ph.D. in Yoga and science of Living, from Jain Vishva Bharti University, Ladnun, Rajasthan. This is how she resumed her professional education in the field of Yoga.
Later she began to profess Yoga. She worked with the central government of India to teach Yoga in rural villages of Rajasthan, India. She received many opportunities owing to her deep study and credentials. She worked as a Yoga instructor for various institutions during her studies as well. Neha is a highly qualified teacher and has surprisingly plenty of accomplishments to her name in a pretty short span of time. Neha is an expert teacher of Asana, Pranayama, Anatomy & Physiology, and Meditation. She always looks for the growth of her students. She motivates them to go beyond their physical limits so that they can experience a healthier approach towards life.
