Sanatana Yog Sandesh, through 7 days “Pratyahara and Dharana Retreat” comes up to offer many logical and proven methods to work on the mind in order to attain a better state of awareness. We all have the mental ability to stand as witnesses, to identify with external and internal objects, to visualize, to imagine, to hold on to any particular internal and external object. These abilities of/within the mind can be worked out to understand the mind and to explore the recess of the mind. There are thousands of techniques with so many different names in Sanskrit such as Antar Mounna, Ajapa Japa, Vipasyana, Chidakasha Dharana, Yoga Nidra, Prana Vidya and Pancha Dharana etc. to know the very nature of the mind. For all these techniques named before the tools are: our senses, sense objects & sense perceptions, our mind with infinite potentials and our beautiful human bodies.
